People are speculating that Garrosh is using the new male orc model skeleton.

As it has a LOT of animations Garrosh has no reason to use.

Ugh. I get that the Kor'kron Annihilator is a giant armored scorpion and this is probably supposed to be a mechanical masterpiece of it, but this model just looks like something Dr. Venture would come up with after popping one too many pills in his lab in a desperate attempt to win a government military contract.
