Haha, my hands are still shaking as I type this. And I didn't STOP looking, I just stopped hoping as much since I got a lovely new Nomasaur yesterday. Anyway, onto my story.

Lately I've been doing my usual King Krush/King Mosh runs. If I don't find Krush, I go through the Waygate and see if I can find his big brother, Mosh.

Well...I found him. I didn't expect him to be staring at me as I zoned in, nor did I expect him to be so big (guess that's why they call him *a* King xD)..NPCScan went off, I froze, and there he was.

I must say, I was NOT expecting for it to be this hard a tame. Thankfully, there were only 4 people in Un'Goro at the time (compared with the 40 in Sholazar 5 minutes previous), and none of them were even close to the level to come and screw up my tame. I knew he'd be hard, so I thought I'd test the waters first. I sent Nom in (the lovely Black Devilsaur I got yesterday in the same place.), cast Beastial Wrath, abandoned him (I love you Nom!), and just...froze. Forgot my trinkets, my pots, my flasks, my food...I thought I was bad with my first Krush sighting, this was a nightmare. He feared me about 4 times till I ran out of health.

Thankfully there was room and time for me to try again. FDed, picked myself up, dusted myself off, ate my food, popped my elixirs, and ran in again, this time with no pet. It went a lot better, till he feared me again. I had my tame to 15 seconds, and I could see him opening his mouth to cast a fear...and then a BEAUTIFUL YELLOW FLASH!

Lo and behold, I've tamed a King. <3

I call him Moshy, but it's not that great a name. I wanted to call him Nom but...Nom served me well, and is now back in the Crater. =) And Nyx is reserved for when I find Krush. So, any hints/tips for a name? Any experience with Moshy? Feel free to share!

I went into the crater not long ago to pick up a regular devilsaur. I'd been searching for Krush, but so far I've not had good luck. He's either been killed from under me or he ate my face. Anyway, I went after a normal one to have until I could get Krush. I roamed the crater a few times, having no luck spotting one. I wasn't looking for any in particular. Then out of the mists King Mosh appeared, and you're right, he's a fight. He beat me up pretty badly. I named him Mosh, and he roared after he was tamed. He's wormed his way into my heart with his shennanigans.

Oh and yes he's big. I've noticed sometimes when I summon him, he starts big/huge and shrinks to normal pet size.

Ah yes, the Mosh who refused to walk the plank in ICC What a cyutie.

When I hear Mosh, I think of two things: Moche, which I believe (if my French A-levels serve me correctly) is French for ugly, and Mosh pit.

So maybe something either French or of the HEAVY METAL variety! \m/ (I'm thinking Judas, haha)

I want a devilsaur. =[ None click with me but I LOve the huge size. Congradulations on the tame.

Have you tried taming one of each colour? As soon as Devilsaurs became tameable I set out to get a white one (with the hints of pink xD), tamed it, and thought it was hideous. I loved my Black/blue ones, and I never thought I'd like the Mosh skin, but I really do! =)

Yep, that's my big coward. he also got a 'lil excited when I put him on passive yesterday. He ran up to the mob I tagged and roared at it. I about fell out of my chair laughing. It was like he was saying "let me at him, I can take him!"

And unfortunately, I know 0 french and not a whole lot about heavy metal. Names for yours..hmm. All I can think of off the top of my head is Motley as in Motley Crue.

I'll try to come up with some good suggestions, if I can.

That's absolutely adorable! They have such personality.

I can really feel an 80's metal vibe going on. xD Motley's cyute, sounds like Mottled, but that makes me think of raptors xD

Might go check my dad's vinyl collection for some really inconspicuous names. xD

Yay! Congrats!!! I might just have to go get one when we get our expanded stables, I really love the red ones. I wonder if I'd have it in me for another King tame...the last one was rather...trying. lol

Not sure for a name but I am glad you got him. I know what you mean about freezing up lol, same thing happened to me for my two attempts for taming King Krush. The Dino sure is nerve wrecking!

I released my Albino devilsaur to tame Nuramoc. As much as I love PeopleEater, I miss the big guy. Might have to go looking for him again.
