A lot of people kind of consider the horde as bad guys, but really we're all refereed to as heroes and constantly stop Azeroth from dying. So I was wondering if a third faction came in to the game and it was the real villains would you play one? I think it'd be fun, heck it's great to be a hero but sometimes you just want to be bad.

Real villains as in.. Burning Legion, The Scourge, Twilight Cult, etc? If so.. Yes, most definitely.

Oh yes, definitely, definitely yes! I adore RPing cultists, evil DKs, and the like. I'd leap for the chance to play an evil character in game! I always loved the quests where you get to pretend to be a cultist/etc. And oddly enough, I'm really, really fond of the beginning DK quests, but I hate the Lights Hope part- I just want to stay in the Scourge!

Do I get a quests like "Today I want to kick puppies" and "I'm going to make some orphans and then punch them and make fun of the fact that they have no parents"?

Cus if so then HELL FUCKING YES.

Might be fun (though for me its more about the playable races, so they'd have to have something cool to play)

But... but... if I want to play an evil race all I have to do is role a Human!

Of course I would! I find that in many of the stories/rollplays I have written I often favor the viewpoint of the villain/gray-area-guy just because the drive and the reasons behind that kind of malice are a very interesting and complex thing to explore!
I do like my good guy characters and I do tends to be "the nice guy" in games but my main would probably get an xfer to the villain faction since thats what she was before wow.

Nope. I just can't do it. Dandill was originally supposed to be morally ambiguous at best...but he went his own way and is now much closer to his original paladin conduct before he got forced into deathknight-ness than anything else.
