It is the same base model as the winterveil one but that one has a turnkey in its back. This one has armor and actually seems like perhaps a mini-pet?

I'd so love a corgi minipet. But that one does look a bit low res and "wooden" compared to the pug. At least I think it does. So I wonder if that's their intent with this model or not. It could always be a placeholder.

btw BIGGER EARS NEEDED! The only stubs are suppose to be stubby legs and sometimes tails depending on if it is a CW or Pem not stubby ears.

No offense but her siggie has been like that for months now without complaint. Also if you wanted to tell her that you should have probably PM'd her instead of going off topic in a PTR thread that isn't really about that.

On topic - Aye it is the same base model as the turnkey corgi but this one has no turnkey therefore giving me hope it's a minipet.

Perhaps blizzard entertainment decided to hint their new decision of new looks for pets ? Like that is a new skin for the dog family for hunters and perhaps that thok devilsaur with the mogu machines on him could be a new rares with a epic new challenge like defeating 4 mogu enslavers that are hard to kill and then you can kite the devilsaur down to like 25% health and then tame but gotta be fast or it will one shot you, etc. Ooooh a new implement would be nice when ppl try to steal aggro by distracting shot etc that the npc one shot the target and returns to the main target, etc. But this would be a nice new look for a dog pet . Maybe even the Hellhounds of the barrens may be a new family or new skin for the dog family since they haven't even fixed the beast label on them yet.

So I guess I'm the only one here that is thinking "wow, this gives me hope for more types in the Dog family"

and not just another addition to the mountain of Mini-Petmon's we have?

Hey if they want to add breeds of dogs for hunters I say YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUS! but then they must add a husky as well. ;D
