I have 8 sigils of power and 9 wisdom, i did the black prince honored quest, will I have time to get my legendary cloak? unless of course I can still get my cloak in the next patch, I just really want my cloak >.>

Depends on your luck with the collection quests. I feel like my mage will finish the Runestone part before my main. She's almost done with the step before it while I've only been getting 1 runestone a week lol.

does it mean if im not full caught up with every legendary black prince quest by 5.4 i wont get the legendary cloak? this will be my first legendary item that I can equip.

I can't imagine anything is going away in 5.4. You can't even get a legendary cloak yet, just the epic precursor.

If anything, they'll increase drop rate of ToT collection items in 5.4. I think I've also heard something about making the MV/HoF/ToES collection items drop in ToT as well, so you don't have to lag behind in those raids for the purpose of the quest if you can already go to ToT and get better gear there.

Yep, they are going to be upping the droprates again, and if I remember correctly, the sigils will be dropping in ToT LFR as well, so you could run that to catch up.

But yeah, there are enough stages, that is will take a while to catch up.

This is part of the reason that I've decided to bench all three of my casters, and focus on my main, who already has the cloak, and my orc hunter, who doesn't even have any sigils yet.

ah ok, its just everyone i asked seemed to say it was limited adition without actually saying it, good to know i can catch up still

I've had my 600 cloak for a while now. I heard word that they'll be increasing the rate at which Secrets of the Empire and Titan Runestones drop in Throne of Thunder, as well as allowing the Sigils of Wisdom and Sigils of Power to drop in Throne of Thunder. Whether this is completely true or not, I'm not entirely sure, though I do remember reading about it.
