I'm trying to either make a 'lich' like hunter using Crown of Eternal Winter or a Dark Ranger using Hood of Hungering Darkness!

Anyone has any idea of which gears and weapon with either one?

There was a hunter on the forums I saw yesterday who had a mog for the Crown of Eternal Winter that I really liked:

but I thought the skull would be a consistent element, why isn't it showing on her page

For some reason it doesn't show on the armory. Apparently in-game it phases out occasionally. She (he?) made a youtube video showing what it looks like (there was a thread in the forums on transmogging where I saw it):

It must be a magic effect rather than a physical part of the crown ... interesting.

Riftstalker also looks good, maybe use some parts of it

Hood of Hungering Darkness looks like a tough one to build around, at least for the picky sort like me that notices even minor mismatches. I haven't found a robe yet that I like with it, and nothing in leather that I liked either. As far as mail goes, there's only two sets that I think are "okay" with it, but I don't particularly love them for that helm:
