Trinkets?

I got a question...I got a trinket today while gathering and I have no idea what they are for or what they do in FR. Couldn't find anything about them in official guide so thought I'd ask you guys

They don't do anything. Sometimes Crim will buy them for 500 treasure and occasionally Swipp takes them. Otherwise you can just vendor them. The Dolls of the elemental deities will give an achievement as will collecting all the chess pieces.
