I'm actually really sad about this. I wanted to get my hands on Pandaren cards like Chen Stormstout and Taran Zhu. :<

I've only just gotten into this too Guess I should be charging more for my mounts??

I really hope the loot cards are carried over into Hearthstone somehow. Mounts and pets especially, of course, but also some of the other cool items.

The fact they neglected such an obvious question in their FAQ, as to the fate of loot items, seems suspicious to me. Like they're still deciding, or perhaps want to wait to announce something. But maybe I'm just being hopeful and they overlooked the question (seems unlikely) or didn't want to make the closure announcement sound even suckier by reminding people of that part.

Agreed Wain. I'm very annoyed they didn't address the loot cards.

Not now. The latest series created a flood of new cards, as they mixed in all the old loot cards as well. Expect to see a lot of them for a while. Prices are likely gonna drop, and I'm not sure there's a point for holding them for a few years.

I"m sure there will be, but I also expect to see some loot go the other way. Boss X drops a special item that gives you a rare HS card as well.

With the flood of loot cards they have created from the last series of the cards, I don't think we need to worry about availability of loot cards for a while.

I'm waiting for the Rhino mounts on my server to drop to 100k, then I'll buy one. Almost there...

Yeah, you could be right. Some of the old, fun loot items could also be released to be just added to the game directly, if they really wanted any for particular situations, too.

But regarding all the cards released in the latest/last deck, I'll keep an eye on WoWTCGloot. It'll be interesting to see how price graphs change over the next few months.

I noticed a few of them going for around that $600-700 mark a while back. They seemed to get much cheaper all of a sudden.

Still extremely expensive for one loot card, imho.

The final pack of cards has had an impact, because I've certainly seen more mounts available on my server than I ever have before. And it's too many different people for it to be people just moving gold.

Only one I really want though is the Rhino, but I'm holding firm on price. But since no flying on Timeless Isle, I want a new ground mount..

Might be just your realm, no impact on mine. Sold my Mottled Drake for the usual price and not too many mounts up atm.
