Well with the masses in route to every spawn point, I was able to tame myself Mr Furyshell just a moment ago.

He dies too fast.

yeah... the locusts are running a muck... that's for sure. However no one /rude, or anything after I tamed, just made sure to get threat, dismissed my current, & tamed while others were killing him.

I tamed him as well and named him Moritmer. All the rares are so heavily farmed that once they are up they are dead lol. I got lucky and as I was looking he spawned right on top of me so i dismounted and tamed. Wasn't a moment to soon because people we heading over to kill him. Love this turtle

Spent most of the evening farming Huolon with no luck, so I think I'll spend some time trying to tame this turtle with no luck, too!

Here's my question though; does he make stompy sounds when he moves?

Not that I could tell.

The answer to that is yep,I tamed it yesterday and saw about four a few hours before each other.

It should be under Program Files > World of Warcraft > Screenshots if you used the PrintScreen function.

Woo, got him! While I liked the skin John was previously using more, this one doesn't make obnoxious stomping sounds. x.x I was having no luck until I got the new Tame Beast glyph... And then Furyshell spawned three times in less than five minutes. Yeah. Got one of those.

the trick i've found is if a mage freezes him then tame beast can be casted. thats what I did. im sure everyone hates me for accidentally taming furyshell

Got mine today ^_^ he was taking a nap and no one was around. Mid-tame, though, an alliance panda did his damnedest to get aggro away from me; however, I was victorious! The panda proceeded to try to kill him after he was tamed haha. No rude emotes though!

I wanted to try it, but... funny story, the legendary cloak proc breaks the tame cast. So I guess removing the cloak prior to tame is an extra step...

Gah, still shaking! After horrible timing this morning and losing six in total today, I finally got mine on lucky number seven. Funny, I almost missed her, too, because she'd spawned while I had to afk for a minute, but there was nobody around when I made a beeline for her. Spawned right next to the Horde flightpoint.

Is it wrong that I find the pile of skeletons and the dead night elf behind us to be very amusing? >_> Hehe.

OK, scratch that -- the cloak didn't break the tame this time. Neither did the kitty druid who was the only one to rush at the turtle besides me... poor guy must have been confused when the tame finished, heh.

i managed to tame him just after island release, there were 2 up, ppl got busy on 1st, i tagd 2nd tame, druid attack got agro - i got agro back 4second tame - snatched him - so many mad kids crying about it lol..
