Mount your PETS!

Hello! I had a friend on WoW and her char was named Lonaki. She gave me an idea to be able to mount your pets!
Do you like it? Do you HATE it? Do you absolutely like it enough to send it a hundred times to Blizz?

this has been suggested before nuff said bit it is a good idea unless you meant battle pets/companions

like demon said, its been recommended before (even by me once :3) the circle we keep going around in is blizz wouldent give those thousands of unique mounts to 1 class sadly.

tbh i would love to c a maggot mount *pokes Nibbles* would be funny actualy.. though we need some slither-ish based mounts ingame..

Hahaha, Sukurachi! xD I wouldn't like to mount my porcupine, either.
To be honest, it would be amazing but it would suck for the other classes. You'd hear people complaining all over the forums about that.
Blizzard should definitely use some of the pets' models as mounts, tho!

I see this happening in the same patch that lets Hunters tame Feral Druids.

I can't see a wind serpent carrying a rider either, especially a dranei or tauren.
though other than that and porcupine most could work. I'd really love to see a larger version of a minipet frog or grasshopper as a mount. I want a hopping mount.

Given that mounts are now tied to earning achievements, I don't think they'll ever do this for the hunter class. It simply wouldn't be fair, for one hunter to go on a taming spree and wind up with 50 mounts in nothing flat.
Besides - from my point of view, my pets do enough work and take enough risk as is. They don't need to be hauling my lazy behind around in the bargain. That's what my motorcycle and dragons are for.
