As some of you may know, Youtube is now forcing many of us to have a Google+ account just to comment on youtube anymore despite many have expressed we don't wish to have a Google+ account. This is a petition to get them to change it back and stop forcing us to have an account on something we don't want.

I figured to share this cause I'm sure many if not most are annoyed by this. Even the co-founder of youtube is ticked about this change too.

Well would this change stop the comments section being a giant hive of scum and villainy? Becuase the way it is now it is that. There is a reason most people don't read the comment section of youtube

I do sometimes, actually. Not everyone that comments is a total asshat troll and Google seems to think that this is gonna stop 'trolls'. How little they know.

I'm really sceptical when it comes to these kinds of petitions. I don't really know if it will do anything imo.

To be honest, no. It likely won't BUT it does bring it to the general populace attention so it's something.
