Mind Amplification Dish

It's totally usable on players. I had me a pet mage in AV on Stereo. Forgot to take screenies tough. :( They would have been great screenies, because the normal pet AI applied, IE the magepet was standing in melee autoattacking.

So, yet another reason to go Engineering! (It's usable on NPCs too, for example in dungeons. Can be a serious increase in DPS for it's 30 second duration.)
It removes an enemy, and adds another ally for a short while. The mage didn't do a lot of damage (in fact, his friends killed him xD), but I can imagine a paladin, rogue or warrior doing quite a bit of damage as your pet. Retadins especially, as they have a lot of procs from their autoattacks.

I Love my Engineering <3

If I could count how many times that item amongst all the others have saved my butt, it would be well in the 200's.
P.S. Rogue Pet is so ftw.

Aye, my little human just rushed off towards his friends, who killed him. I think he got two autoattacks off with his dagger before he was dead.

And I can attest to MC being confusing. I'm playing my priest, heal-defending lumbermill in AB. A lone Orc warrior rushes up to us. Quick MC later and he is dead. A minute later, he rushes us again. So I do the same procedure. I get mindcontrolled in the middle of mindcontrolling. He had brought a SPriest with him this time. xD

(On every boss that MCs, like Deathwhisper, I get confused when my spells stop working. When I notice that I'm shooting my friends I go MWAHAHAHA!)

(Im a great teamplayer...)

Haha! MC on the MC'er, that's hilarious XD

And I can attest to the confusion. In Tarren Mill at that one Keep where all the syndicate guys are, there's one jailer that seems to have a random MC proc, because I'll have almost killed him and suddenly they're...all...my friends? lolwut?

Doesn't work as well on NPC's though. My Spriest friend and I were leveling in 1K once, and she had JUST gotten Mind Control. She ran one of the grimtotem tauren off a cliff and we both thought it was awesome, then turned back to the other mobs. A few seconds later, the NPC climbs up the entire side of the cliff from the bottom by running up it and charges at my Spriest friend. That was...awkward...

Yeah, NPCs don't take fall damage, and they have an uncanny knack for running ways the rest of us wish we could.

I always picture it in a horror movie way:
"Suddenly, I could hear a cracking noise from the edge of the cliff. I looked at it in dread. Surely, it could'nt be... A morbid hand reached over the cliff, pulling it's broken body up after itself. I could hear it trying to laugh. The gurgling noise caused blood to splatter all around it, and as it slowly reached for me, I could see the bones jutting out of it's arms."

(Part of a thingy I wrote for an english assignement.)
