FR Site Opening Registration Soon ('soon' heh heh....)

I kinda feel this is big enough for its own thread so people who haven't been up to date that want in don't continue to think it's still closed when it does finally become indefinitely open. Taking this with a grain of salt but it looks like they intend to open registration completely rather than temporarily this time fairly soon.
