I understand that this is still extremely early to have any definitive mechanics placed but for those hunters that go petless with WoWY what will happen to Stampede?

Currently its one of the highest dps openers in raids and great utility if you need multiple SB heals or something.

So I'm just curious as to your guys' thoughts on how it'll be worked around for WoWY petless hunters.

And I think it's way too early to tell what it'll do to dps since we're not even in beta yet, though you won't have to worry about not having SB heals with it, as BM is required for SBs and they won't lose stampede the way it currently stands.

I have trouble believing that particular talent is meant as a petless hunter feature.

You cant have multiple SB heals anyway since pets can not use special abilities in Stampede

Well, I'd would guess that a hunter who does not wish to USE a pet, would still have the 5 pets with them, just not out, so that they can use stamped. I'd guess that stampede would work the same way now as it would in WoD if the hunter had no pets with them...Of course, a hunter who has no pets at all is either leaving spots open to tame, attempting some personal feat, or an idiot. (no offense meant, and if you do take offence, take it to the pm's)
Since this spell is based on whether you have a pet "active" or not.
