My own looks like the following, including the order I tend to take them in:
Jade Forest: Emerald Proto-whelp, L'il XT, any low-level pet (including level 1).
Wind Spirit: Emerald Whelpling, Onyxian Whelpling, any pet level 15+
Valley Of Four Winds: Purple Puffer, L'il XT, any low-level pet (although level 1-3 may die to the group attack; try at own risk)
Vale Of Eternal Blossoms: Anubisath Idol, Jade Owl, any low-level pet (including level 1)
Earth Spirit: Darkmoon Rabbit (S/S), Tolai Hare (S/S), any pet level 10+
Kun-Lai: Anubisath Idol, any *two* pets (including level 1).
Fire Spirit: Pandaren Monk, Emerald Proto-whelp, any pet level 15+
Townslong Steppes: Purple Puffer, Flayer Youngling, any pet level 10+ (could potentially go lower with luck but I wouldn't risk it)
Dread Waste: Jade Owl, Purple Puffer, any pet level 10+
Water Spirit: Jade Owl, Bright Kaliri, any pet level 10+ (may need higher HP due to multiple full party attacks)
Krasarang Wilds: L'il XT, Emerald Proto-whelp, any pet level 15+ though preferably flying (I find him to be the hardest one, invariably)
Also, for the other 'bag-giving' enemies:
Deadwind Pass: Ravager Hatchling, Emerald Proto-whelp, any low-level pet (though level 1 can be risky)
Winterspring: Ravager Hatchling, Emerald Proto-whelp, any pet level 5+ (likely will need to absorb one hit)
Shadowmoon: Onyxian Whelpling, Purple Puffer, any pet level 15+
Icecrown: L'il XT, Phoenix Hatchling, any pet level 15+ (or water pet 10+)
Uldum: L'il XT, Emerald Proto-whelp, any pet level 12+
I take others now and again as well, but those are the ones I tend to do in order to get the valuables.
