I just tamed the coyote packleader in Westfall on my hunter alt on Ravenholdt and it got me wondering is it the only wolf with blue eyes when I looked on wowhead there was a worg like it but that's it.

the dark brown worg has blue eyes, and the black one could be seen as having pale blue eyes (though they're more whitish):


the saddled worg has glowing blue eyes underneath its helm:


then you could go to the spirit beast wolves:


and not a wolf exactly, but the demon hound has rather vivid blue eyes:

wolves/worge/etc with blue eyes are all these ones, these ones, these ones, these ones, and possibly (not sure) these ones.
