As some of you know I had a very recent and unexpected canine friend leave this world. I have been placing memories of her everywhere and last place is my hunter. I've been looking at wolfies and dogs all day and can't seem to make up my mind on what to tame for my dog.

I've considered the normal black wolf or worg but someone else said a ghost one will do nicely then my brother being who he is said i should tame the zombie one. His only argument was that I could have necro'd my dog and made her my zombie minion.

Blizzard wtb more doggies in wow plox.

First I am sorry for your loss having lost my dog years ago I know the feeling one gets when we lose our best friend as for using a wolf in game there indeed are many choices but personally I like the Prairie Wolf in Mulgore it has beautiful blue eyes and when you click on it, it barks. If you want a black worg go for Bloodaxe Worg Pup in Blackrock Spire it also barks. When I wanted a worg for my dog Buffy I went for the Shattered Hand Warhound in Hellfire Ramparts something about that one screamed Buffy. Good luck in finding one to use for your dog.

Ragged Young Wolf in Dun Morogh also barks when clicked if you like white wolves

Nighthowl is ghostly and black. I don't know if it barks, though, it's not on the 'pets with vocalizations' list.

Sorry for your loss :( Still remember when my dog died, he was 14. He would be 20 now
If you haven't decided yet, I suggest you the "Kyle" wolves that bark in Mulgore. They're sweet because they remind me of that quest. :3
