High quality chicken skins

Not sure if I mentioned this already. I couldn't find a prior post, anyway.
Hidden in WoW's database, there's the potential for much higher quality chicken pets than what we have currently.
The skins are the same art style as the Rooster Mount, but they don't have saddle/harness art pasted over them, which means they're ready to use for critters and pets. There are four colours.
The unfortunate part is I can't find a version of the rooster model that doesn't have a saddle. So I can only model these skins on the mount. This leaves a couple of weird bumps, but it gives you a good idea of how awesome they'd look as pets/critters:
Surely it'd be easy for the art team to whip up a model variant with the saddle gone!
Oh, and as for what the skins are doing in that folder... they are actually used on crated chickens in the market in Uldum. However those birds use the old low-polygon model and don't look nearly as pretty:
One other thing to dream about is that the the harness from the mount skins could very easily be applied to these skins to make more rooster mount colours. How cool would it have been to farm not only giant vegetables but giant livestock in V4W and raise your own giant chicken mount? Ah well... maybe they can find a use for them elsewhere at some point
