Lol it uses the direhorn skeleton...looks kinda weird (run animation leaves a lot to be desired).

lol the special spell effect...the direhorn /mountspecial makes it look like it's doing something...bad ^^;

Yes! I really love them for that. Though I'm still kinda sad they don't have the old boar animations (those have so much personality and charm ♥), I can see how these wouldn't fit on that skeleton very well. Maybe they'll get something different from direhorns before release? I wonder if it could be placeholder animations, it would be neat to see something unique, though I won't hold my breath.

Those animations sure look placeholder to me.

if i recall.. that boar mount was suposed to be the worgen mount *before blizz changed it last minute* and gave us running wild instead to make it more *natural* since we are part dog..

They presented concept art for something that looked a bit like a boar and a bit like a mutant wolf. It was freaky.

In the end it kind of feels to me like they considered giving worgen carriages as a mount instead. I wish they'd been able to.

blizz is still lacking the pvp mounts for goblins and worgens..

wish they would do that already..

It was a neat looking creature, some sort of feral boar mutant, I don't even know. I like the concept of running wild though.

I'd kill to get rid of running wild in favor of this mount

I think the mutant pig-bear-wolf thing would've made a pretty cool mount - and yes I'd dump Running Wild in a heartbeat! I've never liked using it on my Worgen because um... it's questionable looking to be down on all fours with your hindquarters in the air and maybe a pet Sporebat following behind?

Not overly keen on this new boar mount only because I don't like the very heavy looking headpiece... I really prefer mounts with minimal headgear and visible eyes. Like I'm personally a fan of the bear mounts, but the Big Battle Bear is the one I like best due to lack of adornments and a plain, visible face.

wish they would make some mounts without alot of armor or no armor tbh. 2 much armor just looks real stupid.. some look great but the pig.. to me would look better w.o it. the old model pigs in rfk - not 2 much - not 2 less = perfect.. i could cope with that.. lol either way im still gona buy all these dam mounts so guess i wont complain 2 much XD
