Come on guys, it takes a special hunter to truly love and enjoy the worm family- Jormungar, Grub, or Burrower.
This is now your place. Come share about your worms, why you love them, and how they've made you happy to play a hunter.
I'll start with mine- Giratina has been my pal for almost a year now- I don't know why, but when I saw the black Jormungar skin I just fell in love. Now that I've reverted to BM hunter, she's by my side all the time.
I love their abilities- a good AoE in groups and dat spit effect.
She's just so sleek and...big. I like big and intimidating pets, and a Stampede of 5 massives black jormungars led by a huge enraged one under Bestial Wrath is just awe-inspiring!

No pics, but I really love my pink worm. He is appropriately named Pinky.

The WoW worms are so full of personality! I really love them. ♥
Rancid is a cutie-patootie I've had since day 1 of WotLK (though he swapped skins when the alternative colours were released).
I was so enthusiastic after seeing the jormungar models during beta, I knew I had to get one ASAP when the expansion came out. Since there were tameable ones at level 70 I spent my first hour of Wrath running through Borean Tundra, blindly trying to find one and aggroing half the zone on my way. Seeing that huge jormungar materialize in front of me was a breathtaking moment, their models are so gorgeous. I remember taming it and hearthing back to the safety of Org, heart still pounding, and then I just sat there admiring the thing for a while.
I named him Rancid, after the punk rock band, mostly due to his mohawk. I envisioned him being a bit of a badass, but strangely enough his character turned out to be more quirky and adorable. He's been with me for a long time and is one of those pets I really consider fondly due to time spent together.

Back when I played WoW I loved my worms. They were my usual go to tanks.

Wassa and Dziko (name meaning "the earth"). I love how the old world worms always have a smile on their face.

Ptaysanwee and Ahtunowhiho (name meaning "one who lives below"). It took me a bit to bond with the idea of a pet without eyes, but I loved how large jormungar worms were beside a Tauren.
I had Chibee during MoP beta and loved how big she was, haha.

To this day I still see the two slightly darker scales on the side of their head as being "eyes". I know they aren't, but the placement just makes my imagination put them there.

No pics, but I have my fuzzy Jormunger worm from when I was first questing in Borean tundra. "Zolom" has been with me for a long time and is still one of the few pets that I cycle into my active roster on a regular bases. I love how big he is, and that fuzzy Mohawk, thos big tusky teeth and the beaky mouth with all those tiny teeth ^^

The fact that they don't have eyes never bothered me. There are creatures on Earth that have adapted without eyes, too! I see the jormungars as something along those lines - maybe they've evolved to use a different sense such as touch (maybe feeling vibrations in the ground around them) or smell or something, and over time they "lost" their eyes. I think it gives them more character!
I posted it in the worm pet appreciation thread, but I could never bond with the old-world worms. They look too much like parasites to me. However, I always loved the jormungars. I couldn't bond with the original color though, and it wasn't until I tamed a disembodied jormungar on a whim that I was able to find that bond. It was unexpected too, because I've never been much a fan of the transparent animal skins. But he had this sweet and derpy personality, like he was totally oblivious of the fact that he was dead (he was a ghost or spirit in my mind). And it was thus that Mortimer was born.
When the new colors were released, I tried to tame a green one instead (me and green, ya know), but it was just NOT Mortimer. So, I went and got my old buddy back.

Worms make my Undead Hunter happy. It would be nice if there is a proper Apothecary mog options for Undead Hunters as Worms would make the most awesome pet for an Apothercary.

Took me a while, but finally got a good image of my three boys. I
had some really good shots, but my motherboard was fried recently by an errant speaker-bar, and I lost everything I didn't have the chance to backup. -.-
Ahmatti, the orange worm,
Ozio, the green worm, and
Ahmatti Jr, the little jumping ball of yellow. Ahmatti is almost always with Tor. He is her baby. She wasn't particularly fond of worms until he burrowed his way into her heart.

I have an orange grub I named Ohmu, on account of its size next to my dwarf hunter, especially with bestial wrath and misdirect. It was like standing next to a bus. He's my Pandaria tanking pet when I'm fed up with the ghostiness of my spirit porcupine.
I also have a yellow burrower I got from Silithus named Melange.

Oh, this is coincidence. Checking out this topic reminds me of my recent picture of my regular Jormunger worm, Tremors. I named him after the movie series, although I guess it would have made more sense to name him Graboid after those giant worms. Bless his five hearts.

Okay, that's cute. I kind of expect him to lean forward and boop the camera with his beak.

I love my worm even if they shrunk him. His name is Grubbs and he is a Amber Parasite spawn from Dread Waste. Before the nerf i use to go do AB's...camo into a flag...put the worm right next to the flag...then hide inside the flag and cap
surprising how often it worked....lots of peeps had bad UIs!
