Hello there
i am new to the hunter class and ive been trying to get rare pets without any luck.
There is one that ive been spending a few days trying to find him and he never spawned.
He is a cat (lion) named Sambas.
do you kow if he is still in the game and do i need to do anything special to see him? is there any specific time i should be looking for him?
any tips would be much appreciated!

There's no special trick needed for taming Sambas; it's all a matter of being in the right place at the right time.

As far as I know, he can appear in five different spawning locations (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=50159) within a 6-12 hour time period (although it could be up to 24 hours in some cases). If you have addons, _NPCScan is a must since it will alert you anytime a rare in within your vicinity ~ just remember to clear your Cache folder often so the addon is ready to go for each new search. Try flying around the spawning locations once or twice a day while you complete other tasks or just have your character camp the zone while you work on an alt in the meantime. He's bound to turn up at some point.
