I could see it being a pain too. I'd hate being run over by it. I tend not to have my sound on so unless the screen shakes when it's near like the Fel reaver how will I know it's coming? XD
Thats the only downside I can see from it
no biggie really I guess XD

Well it might not have a path, just a spawn point like Galleon. But honestly, the Fel reaver scared the shit out of me when I leveled through Hellfire (I joined Mid bc) And I loved it. Seeing that thing walking around the zone was epic! And what's cooler than a giant hydra?

I just love the way they move. It's so smooth. And glorious. And... and... and I can't tell you how much it annoys me that after waiting so long for my Sholazar hydra, they come out with these beauties.

The run animation is beautiful when they're large like that.
Unfortunately they are not nearly that nice looking when you tame them. At least mine wasn't. It looked really warped because the animation cycles super fast when its shrunk. :C

Well I'm sure they'll fix that... It's still beta after all. I'm sure others have already done the same, but I'll submit a bug report about it later today. Even with the weird run animation though I haven't been able to help myself from using mine xD

I submitted a report about it too and the stomping that seems to be heard a mile away like when corehounds were first tamed lol

I went on a bit of... an adventure with a macro'd eagle eye, and I found the beast on the shore of Arakk. ^^
Also saw some bats, hook wasps, and mandragosas in there but yep.
