I was just curious to see if Humar is still under his favorite tree about a week ago and it would seem either his spawn time is really wonky or with the prep for WLoD he's been removed from the game. I loved that cat even after he was nerfed nearly to worthless and hope he isn't gone.

They don't ever remove certain pets in preparation for expacs, ever. Humar is still in game, you probably just missed him. If you were to camp all day every day for a week then we'd have something to ponder on. Humar is a rare, so he won't always be up. Either someone tamed him or killed him.

If you're desperate for the black lion, could I recommend Pitch in Scholzar Basin? I know it's not the same, but they're still the same model, until you get the original Humar at least.

I know, I was just worried they'd removed him. He's so sorry now; no longer elite *sigh* I probably will get Pitch if I want a black lion it's just easier to find him but I remember the fun of camping for Humar...

Humar is still there! I got him on my orc a couple months ago. He's just a rare spawn now.

Humar is still around. I tamed him on a hunter alt about 3 weeks back. He's that hunter's 'main' pet.

As others have stated he is still prowling around wasn't long ago he was tamed on my 90 orc huntress

Just saw him yesterday. He's level 18 now. When I originally tamed him back in vanilla, I do believe he was a level 23. But yes, he is still in his usual spot.
