Tameable Armored Rylaks?

Has anyone seen any tameable armored rylaks? It looks like they have all been removed. The only armored rylak I saw was a friendly npc chained up in an iron horde building. I've looked all over it seems.

This was spoken of in the pinned pets thread but they did remove tameability on armored rylaks last build.
