Orc love story (minor spoilers)

Didn't see this anywhere on the forum. Its a small side-quest (not an actual quest) involving an orc love story. Don't read if you want to stumble on this and find it for yourself. Alliance and Horde can do this.
So I was wandering in Frostfire and stumbled across a dead Orc. Heres a screenshot to give a hunt to his location (little northeast of Darkspear's Edge)
When you right click him, you can take an item from him that has a letter and an item.
As you can read, it starts a (short) breadcrumb, and I will show the rest below so if you don't want to be spoiled, don't read on!
After you travel north, you will finally stumble upon a camp with a dead orc woman. (Happy hunting for it!)
Right click here, and you read this.
She will give you these items.
The note reads as this.
Now that you have both items, the foot and fang, you combine them to make this.
After you make the item, the bodies have a final message.
