Heads up! Boar Spirit going away for good.

MOD NOTE: the situation has changed and thanks to posters like this alerting the developers, the boar was added back!
Posted a few days ago on Wowhead...changes to Razorfen Kraul will be removing the boss that spawns the ghostly brown boar. Tame him now if you're keen...boss is 34 but spawned boar spirits are only 28.

Hell I need one as Yas and me found this years ago now and would be a lovely tribute for her. Guess I'll have to speed level Ciar soon as I've nabbed the lowbie diseased/dead pets in Trisfal.

Thanks for the heads up!
I went and tamed this ghostly boar. Very easy at 90! Did not even smack the boss, just gained agro by being in range, waited for the spawn and tamed.

Horrah thats good. My lowbie Hunter is at 18 right now so gonna continue her speed run to get the current as at least at the precise moment I can still go round RFK and not get lost.

Sorry to bump this back up in a sort of necro...but to help potential spirit boar-tamers out in WoD, here's where the spirit boar is.
After you kill Gorat, the Blind Watcher, go left down the hall where the Spirit of Agammagan once lived, and he's just sitting there, waiting patiently to be tamed. Going right takes you through more bats and to the end of the instance.
And my apologies if his precise location was already known.

I can verify that our lovable ghostly Boar is indeed still with us
I just tamed him on my lil Forsaken Huntress today.
