Add-on that shows who pulls/aggro

My best freind is tanking and in other instances we have seen people with an addon that will announce if someone who is not the tank pulls or uses a threat generating ability. Like Bad Pet but for group members.
Anyone know what this addon is?

You mean Omen Threat Meter?

No not Omen, unless it has a thing that will announce it in chat.
This addon announces every time a person who is not the tank uses an aggro generating ability.
Unless Omen does this?

Only one I know of is Bad Pet that does that.
