Script macros disabled in 6.0 live - sadpanda

It's probably a temporary thing as they were in PTR and Beta for testing but I'm sure a blue said they wouldn't be disabled in live - does anyone else have any further info on this? My macro extended add on didn't work either - even when I said to load out of date add ons.
I can most likely live within the 255 characters but I miss my cast sequence macros
Especially handy when you have lots of alts and don't always remember each ones rotation
