I can't believe anything anymore!
But seriously though...this is a really big blunder on Blizz's part. XD I've never seen such a glaring error before.

The one in the loading screen is his stunt-double. Lost his hand to a female Orc when he tried to pick some roast gnome out of her plate.

I kinda think whoever was in charge of loading screens this expansion was either really lazy or horribly overworked. Between stuff like Kargath, Greymane in human form on the EK loading screen, and the Kalimdor loading screen with flipped-Tyrande and whatever-that-thing-that's-supposed-to-be-Baine is, I'm pretty underwhelmed.

Left hand being the blade is canonical - the loadscreen/promo art is flipped for aesthetic reasons.

I'm way too OCD to not have this seriously bother me now. Frankly I'm shocked I'd not noticed before and been like 
"The hell". But now ................. oh my.

@Boven - The horn he's tooting always looks like he's up his nose.
@zed/@Akyo - as Holgarr said, the left hand ingame is canon. The loading screen is wrong.

Loading screen art is sometimes flipped horizontally. They're usually composites, so to make them work art can be flipped.
