I know Gara is the new 'thing' for hunters, I've yet to do the quest myself...
Is there any other rares spotted yet?
I know in MoP we had to track them down, I hope Gara isn't the only one for us.
I'd love a PURE white wolf...
I just don't know what all is out there.

I've looked, Gara is the only non-plainish critter in the game so far.
Each expansion has had a couple to choose from and I'm wondering if Gara is it or if we'll be seeing more.
I guess my gripe is I feel like we are unloved, we don't get a hunter pet stable in our garrisons (Unless I've missed it?)
I was hoping for more than just one pet to choose and not a different skinned spirit beast, they all share the same abilities so I feel a bit unmotivated to get her.
I suppose the same thing could be said for all pets really, but I don't really know why it feels anticlimactic, it makes me feel a bit silly.

We just got a whole slew of new pets and a personal questline just for us(BM more specifically). I'd say that's a lot of love. No other class got that special treatment.

I sort of understand where you're coming from as far as looking forward to spirit beasts. We have been spoiled in the past and I had high expectations as well only to have this weird purple wolf hand-out pet. I know some people love the model, that is just my personal disappointment.

I am happy and grateful for all the new pets I just wish instead of the free spirit beast they either made the quest more challenging-feel more like an accomplishment or introduced an additional, harder-to-acquire pet.

There is that sinister looking black wolf in the database so maybe they will make that one be for us hardcore pet hunters.


I forgot to add that yes, there is a hunter pet stable in the Garrison.
