It's a permanent item in the game you get from a quest and it persists through death! When you use it, it changes your entire outfit except for your shoulders and your bow. I'm trying to think what would fit it because the first night I put it on, I got compliments from other Hunters in whispers almost immediately. So this is what I'm transmogging right now with it but I know it can be better.

Weh, I wish it was a toy. My inventory is struggling so badly even with the addition of the toy box and the extra void storage tab.

I'm with veph. its a cool item and working your xmog around a vanity item is pretty cool. i do something similar with the wings of flame.
but i can not for the life of me understand why blizz went through the trouble of giving up a toybox just so they could refuse to put items like this in it! >.<

certainly makes for an interesting look for those of us who cant wear cloth.

There's lots of items they should've made toys. This is one of many.

Good news, it's now a toy!
