Quilboar as Playable Race Discussion

I would love it if they made the Arakkoa playable! Unfortunately I don't have much else to say on the matter since I'm almost brain dead from all the work during the holidays. 
I also don't want to derail the thread much further with the Quilboar discussion, though I did want to leave this here. It looks like we already did some good stuff to make them at least friendlier.
