One thing to note, three arena season mounts (various felblood gronnling colours) have been announced, which suggests the expansion could be going for a good while yet. In comparison, Cataclysm also had three seasons, the others had four, but we're already a long way and and they're only now announcing the mounts. I know a lot of people had got the feeling that this would be a short expansion (and honestly, I'm not too against that idea... I've enjoyed questing in Draenor, but I'm having trouble finding enthusiasm for the routine content now and that's really early in an expansion for me, I don't know why), but with three arena seasons maybe it's going to stretch for quite a while yet (or they're going to have very short seasons...).

I just saw these announced on a Youtube channel I watch. The Coalfist Gronnling mount is pretty snazzy - I will be on my Garrison missions regularly in the hopes of getting it! I also anticipate grinding for the Infernal Direwolf.

They should've removed the apexis cap already, i'm getting close to 60k =/

Also they could've saved one of the fel gronlings for something other then gladiator, another interesting look that will be impossible to see.

Aw, sad that the awesome purple/green gronn will be arena only, so I'll never get that one. Oh well, some day I'll get the fel bird at least. I love the mech as well.

I'm very nearly apexis capped (over 59k) already so I wish they'd raise the cap a bit earlier, since apparently some of us are working towards that direwolf already.

Was hoping to see mention of another mad collector achievement mount, but guess they haven't realized yet that there's already people with over 300 mounts on one faction? I feel that they should strive to stay ahead of players so that the diehard collectors will always have a goal to chase after.

I agree, by the time 150/200/250 mount achievs were released i was usually 30 mounts ahead already, we could at least get the 300 one early this xpac to show some of our dedication =/

Updated the WCM home page with three more mounts that I had missed (but Spiritbinder caught): the Warsong Direfang, Tundra Icehoof and Armored Razorback will drop from four rare elites in Tanaan Jungle. We're not sure of the drop rate yet, though.

OMG that warsong direwolf matches my fav pet Tiff....I must find this wolf!!!

I'm so bummed out about the corrupted dreadwing becoming the apexis mount..

I haven't been collecting apexis crystals at all since I didn't really have much use for them, I have no head start on that. Add in the gold cost and that is an extraordinarily expensive mount, and the only one I desperately wanted.

Well now I know what I'm going to do with all these Apexis Crystals then XD I've been doing the dailies for rep so they've just built up over time.

One more addition this build, the Wild Goretusk - a pretty awesome black, unarmoured boar and the last boar colour that hasn't been available.

This one will be from a vendor in Tanaan. It looks like it costs 1000 tusks of some kind. Or at least the icon for the new currency is a tusk. That's all we know so far.

Looks like the currency is Blackfang Claws, from the Saberon in Fang'rila, that place is swarming with them in every corner, and they are savage little buggers!
They drop about 4 claws per kill per elite.

Also the Vendor is just at the entry of the area.
