I saw this posted on facebook awhile ago and thought since another TW weekend is upon us let you guys know as well...

As you know our gear scales down in TW - apparently if you equip gear appropiate for the time it can actually be better than our lvl 100 stuff ie as in old sets, legendaries etc as the old enchants/gems all work again! I had no idea of this myself but I'm going to give it a go this time round So if you farmed hard for that bow or old set for xmog you can actually use it again!! Yay

I probably won't worry, as I found that (as dps) the dungeons were already easier than I expected. If you had substandard gear as a tank or healer, it would be great to consider anyway.

I've been tempted to try out the Legendary bow from BC in Time Walking, but it doesn't match Kalhoun's transmog and I'm too lazy to make one just for the event! XD

But that's still really cool.

I used my legendary bow for this event and had a blast! Firing stars is so much fun And I came top most dungeons so It didn't dimish my dps at all.
