Need help with Power Auras...

I've been trying to make Power Auras display one of it's aura's for when my pet's health gets low, plus a timer for when Mend pet is up.... but with no success. v.v
I know that there's one website with a layout or something people can copy... but I want to learn on my own, but so far, like I said, I haven't been successful with those 2 things. I do understand most of everything else though. ^.^
