I FINALLY got a good enough group that we one shoted the first 4 bosses plus festergut and rotten face. We tried Professor Putricide and got him down to 40% the 2nd try. We gave up on the 4th as it was getting late.

I only got Exalted with Ashen Verdict plus I won the Item 264 version of the T10 hands today in VOA 25 man.

Well Professor Putricide didn't look nearly as complicated as the video's on tankspot show him to be.

True, but when you learn to stack ranged before the oozes spawn, it's ridiculously easy. Either way, watch The LK fight. That's complicated.

I have watched it and I have no Idea how I'm gonna figure out that fight. It's gonna take a very good raid leader calling out what to do on vent I think.

Well, that and you have to be alert AT ALL TIMES.
Truth be told, Arthas deserves to be the last boss in ICC. You'll find that the difficulty of the fights is somewhat organized, from the easy Marrowgar, to slightly harder Deathwhisper, to incredibly easy Gunships, to moderately difficult, yet still somewhat easy, Deathbringer, onwards to Fester and Rot, who are both moderately easy, to Professor, who is a fair bit tougher, to Bloodprinces, who[...]

I can go on. The difficulty increases the further you progress, which is a good thing IMO.

To the topic at hand I'd say the Crimson Halls are a lot easier than the Plague Quarter, but then Putricide does up the ante so to speak. Festergut is very easy and Rotface has a bit of a learning curve but once everyone knows the fight he's simple. I was in a group with my Shaman last night and there were some folks who were new to ICC so we stalled out on Rotface, but in my run with Anansi the previous night with my own guild we one shot our way through Lower Spire, Crimson Halls, Dreamwalker and Sindragosa.
ICC really comes down to how well your raid works as a unit, which ultimately culminates in the LK fight. It's not like Ulduar where you can carry people through, ICC is all about how well you function as a raid and each boss fight teaches you lessons you need to learn for the final battle.

(And the endbosses in each quarter are significantly easier than the "trash"-bosses. For example, Blood-Queen is an incredible DPS-race.)

Speaking of which and seeing as this is offtopic section I would like to go off topic for minute. The other day I was talking to a wow friend who was telling me about how she is frustrated with not winning anything due to new ppl coming into the raid and being outrolled. So I typed to her "/gquit" not thinking this would remove me from my own guild. So about a hour later I got an officer to invite me back but he decided to be funny and not fix my rank and leave me at the lowest possible rank. He planned to leave it this way for a couple days. However the GM logged in yesterday and fixed my rank for me and I didn't even ask her to.

The secret is to put a space before writing the actual command.

3033 wow heroes GS is not Raid geared ? What is "raid geared" for you ?

Right, what was I posting again? Oh yes. Grats on downing the pair; definitely agreed on the LK fight mechanics. You'll LOVE the blood wing trash...

strangely enough, the hardest part of the LK so far is not standing in Defile. Take every aspect of every "dont stand in x" mechanic and multiply it by 10x. Then give it steroids. That is Defile.

Kills you in 2 ticks? Done
Gets bigger anytime ANYONE touches it? Done
2 second cast time? Done.
Used while melee has to clump together to kill the val'kyr that are flying off with your buddies?

OF COURSE!

LK is nightmare mode.
