WoW Petopia Community

Well, I searched all over Feathermoon for a guild that is a group of Pet Enthusiasts, but no such luck, so I made one called "OCD Pet Collectors"(Horde)... face it, we are pet collectors with OCD... we want it, we gotta have it, even camp for it!


What about you guys? On your servers, is there any "Petopian" guilds?

Yes, i'm on Bloodhoof EU and there is..well the guild ''Petopians''

None on my server that I know of.

Nesingwary, which will be my eventual home once i get the cash, has Petopians and Ominous Latin Name, the prior being Horde, latter being alliance.

I don't think my server has one anymore, but I'd gladly take any enthusiasts into The Rokk.

Even in my old, long-retired guild in Madoran, I didn't inspire it to be a pet-crazy guild and now I wish I should've done it like that. It was just a regular guild with free-for-all folks. I am very happy to be in the Petopians guild in Nesingwary; there was nothing for me in Madoran anymore.

I wouldn't say you'd get in trouble (since I know these folks and well, they aren't that type of folks ) but it'd give the appearance of an official affiliation with Mania's sites. The two Petopians guilds (EU and US) were specifically created with Mania's consent and for the purpose of creating and in-game community for people frequenting these sites.

I'd definitely check with Mania first.

IMO, having just one EU guild and one US guild seems better. Otherwise it would fracture the community between too many servers, and we wouldn't have a lot of fun as a guild.

I agree with you, Saturo. I just don't want to be the person to make that decision.

This is what I figured and why I didn't name my guild that. OCD Pet collectors has a humorus ring to it too

Wait, not one told me there was an alliance-side version...

The Alliance side is distinctly less active, but it's definitely there.

Well, If any of you make a hunter on Feathermoon, look me up (same name as here) and you can join the OCD Pet collectors. I plan on making it a guild full of hunters that are pet crazy and guildies helping each other getting the pets they want...and being a support group ^^;
Its a Horde group.....

Ya, it just seems a bit excessive to me. Either way, have fun running the guild!
