It kinda makes me wonder when the prepatch will drop.... if they're going to do it months out. I can't say I'm thrilled about the Legion 'contamination' crap... see, I had a REALLY AWFUL AND OBNOXIOUS experience with the wrath zombie event, and still bear hate for it to this day, but it looks like you can click out of the 'Whispers' super easy so it looks like I can comfortably ignore it this time around.

That said, I want my damn gnome hunter like...yesterday.

I am only seeing this notice up on the non-Legion forum, for Damage Dealing, Healing and Tanking forums, redirecting people bac to their class threads? Where are they elsewhere?

For the pre-patch contamination event, you can currently opt out by right clicking the debuff. That being said, I'm not sure how often it gets applied to you. They may need to make a "neural silencer" for it.

I saw it on MMOC's blue tracker, I was pretty sure it applied to the class forums. I dunno, still, if they're shutting down forums it's still a decent sign. It sounds like they're ready for beta, at least.

MMOC's blue tracker only lists those three, I went through it out of desperate hope. Since nobody used those three anywhere near as much as the class forums, likely they found it redundant and are pruning. Originally they'd hoped to prune the class forums off and leave just those three, but it didn't ... ever work. Warriors didn't want to talk shop in the same forums as mages, and so on. Since they're not related to Legion even a tiny bit I'm going to hazard that it means nothing re: going into Beta or anything else.
