I finally got the quest to get Rexxar, and completed it. I assigned him as my combat ally. Which makes him a bodyguard. How do I actually get him to go with me? I've gone to other zones since adding him to as my combat ally, but he never comes out.

Try relogging, usually works for me.
Prepare for Nisha.
