Rephrasing for clarity: Have the updated system requirements for Legion gone live in the prepatch or are they still upcoming?

I have a buddy with a really old computer and she is worried about being able to play Legion-but her computer is handling the prepatch just fine. She has to play in a really low graphics setting but she can play. Are the graphic requirements going to change when Legion goes live or has it already happened?

Yay! Thats what I was thinking but I didn't want to say so and be wrong.

And double yay! My computer is also okay to play then. I'm only able to play at about a level 5 setting in the current setting options (have to raid at like 1-2 just to keep the graphics card from dropping dead)-but I don't have to worry about updating the computer that I bought last year.
