So I was thinking how much I love the old world cat skins but hate the models. There's so many awesome skins out there but the faces on those cats just irk me--the squashed together eyes and broad muzzle. I love the lynx skins, though, and was also thinking how sad it is that they only come in two colors. I'd always loved the old Night Elf cat form.

So I took some time and made a couple nonexistent skins for laughs. I would tame the black one in a heartbeat. What do you people think? And what skins would you like to see on a lynx, if you could pick any?

Nice work. What tools did you use to put the new skins in the files? MyWarcraftStudio?

I 'shopped them I'd love to just be able to apply skins to them but sadly I've no idea how to do that

Thank you It's PaintShopPro9, which is actually quite good for drawing stuff up from scratch. I give the program the credit! The skins here still aren't particularly sharp and detailed, but I love that lynx model and wanted a rough idea of what others would look like--and thought I'd share the results

Put those in blizz suggestion forums. I want them all!

Oooo. I'd get the tiger, the leopard, and the brown lions. Blacky reminds me too much of Humar. The lion one has a much richer mane then the normal lion - I love it.

Love them! I agree with you, the lynx models are beautiful for cats. I never was quite fond of the basic cat models myself. A black lynx is something I wish existed from the start, so I'd probably grab that one in a heartbeat.

Cool! I'd love a black one, maybe one of the spotted ones... and I like the lion sorta one! And the one on the bottome right could be the troll cat form even!

I like them all cept the tiger one the stripes get me. It looks like hes got big black worms crawing over him XD

If I was able to tame one, I'd tame the black one. Or the tiger, for the rings on the tail.

Im just hopeing they arent changeing the deep red ones in the BE area to the NE cat druid model, apparently there is one in the WoW modelviewer. :l

I love the lynx models, except for that flap of fur hanging off the sides of their faces. It's just not natural. But I would still tame the black one and the lion-skinned one. They're gorgeous.
