Thok need help helping other hunters

Hey all so I tamed me thok with some help and I have a problem. I can't get him to respawn. I try reseting the instance and its not been working. its not giving me a notice and everyone is out. I even tried having everyone leave the group and try reseting like that and STILL Thok has not reset. I want to help them out for helping me out but its not respawning him. anyone have any idea whats going on or maybe I am doing something wrong.

It might depend on what raid you went into for. If you went in on LFR, you'll need to all leave and then "re-que" via the LFR option for a new Thok to spawn. But if its Normal or anything else, you're not going to be able to "reset" Thok. Taming Thok counts (at least as of July 20th, IDK about later) as a kill. Any boss kill will lock you to that raid. So you won't have a new Thok to spawn, you'll have to wait until the weekly reset for all raids.

aw ok. I did it on normal mode. I didn't know there was a difference in the LFR and Normal run. I didn't even know how to do the LFR run.

If you go to the top of Mogu'shan Palace (where the phoenix egg vendor is), inside there's NPCs called "Storytellers". One of them says they're for LFR. Talk to them and tell them to tell you the story of "Underhold of Orgrimmar". You'll have to fight Malkorok and Spoils of Pandaria, but you'll be able to fight Thok many times simply by talking to that npc again.

Thank you very much for this explanation! I am woefully uneducated about everything MoP, so I wouldn't even know where to find these people.
