So what happens if you have your pet die, try to summon the dead pet, discover that the pet is dead while trying to summon it, and then res said pet?

You end up with this:



Yep. That's two Hati there. Both of them fully functional.

Essentially, trying to summon the pet from your stable gives you the alert that it's dead, but Hati still pops out. Then when you res it, boom. Second Hati!

Summoning a different pet will change it to one Hati again, as will unsummoning and resummoning your pet. But it's worth the double-take!

I already reported this bug, because the abuse factor is far too easy, but it doesn't mean that I didn't want to show at least one picture of an Ultimate Beast Master.

.... at least, 'Ultimate' unless someone manages to summon more than two Hatis.

This happened to me too, doing the Bringer of Light scenario, though I'm not sure it was the same cause, as my pet didn't die, but I did. (It was a stupid, screenshot related accident). But yeah. It lasted until my pet actually died. I agree there is potential for abuse there.

Sure it's a bug but why always report things let the fools that abuse it for quests or pvp get banned while he ones that use it for cosmetics when they have the essence swapper have some fun. E.e"

I wouldn't call them both fully functional as only one is affected by Master of Beasts.

Because it *can* be used for abuse. This is not something that 'could be there just for fun'. Even if the 'essence swapper' trick *is* fun. It's still something that can be used for major abuse (having three pets instead of two).

I won't bother reporting things that can be fun. I *will* bother reporting things that people can use for major advantage or disadvantage. And trust me: running around with three pets *is* a big overadvantage. I don't care how nerfed BM is.

When the servers come back up, I think I'll report my findings. Cool as it looks, it does need to be fixed.

ah.. i was actualy going to post a forum about *how do you get 2 hati* because on my druid doing the class instance quests i found a hunter with 2 hati, about it being a artifact perk..
welp this forum explained it lol

Easiest way to replicate this I found was simply to dismiss your pet. Just after you do there is a small window where Hati is still around but your main pet has gone. Wait until just before Hati despawns, then call your main pet back and "Hey Presto", your main pet returns and generally summons a second Hati.

Last night was doing some questing with Wain (on his shammy). I had Skoll and double Hatis, we then both equiped Don Carols Hats and he went wolf....

I was all like, "Go on... I dare you! "

Isn't that the guy who had to put down like more than half his kennel because he refused to get his dogs vaccinated for Parvo?

Its weird, I noticed I got a second hati after using the skill that summons another beast.
I heard a rumor that there have been others with more than two, but I haven't seen it myself.
I was running around with two and it was pretty fun :3
