Pashya is in game and flareable FWIW

This cat mana saber spirit beast apparently has more spawn points than I realized. I found one up north (only later to find WoWHead beat me to it). He is flareable although simply running near him to aggro is much easier way to detect. Doesn't seem to path, just sits there waiting to eat someones face. Myonix uses the same skin and is much simpler to find. Just an FYI in case anyone didn't know.

Kind of odd that it's a difficult to find rare yet it has a more common counterpart with an identical skin. Wish she got some love and had something unique about her

It scared me half to death when it appeared out of nowhere. I ended up taming it in a panic so I didn't have to figure out how to fight it. Sneaky sneaky kitty. Sneaky scary kitty.

Yeah I believe it's more a matter of the designers only having three skins to work with (sadly, but not their fault!) so it's hard to make any rare, but some hunters like chasing rares regardless of how unique their colour is so why not add it?

That would make Pashya a good candidate for a permanent special effects buff. A while ago, Muffinus asked on twitter what special effects would be be most desired. Does she start with that purple stuff around her, or is that from cc? Because something like that would be a good permanent special effect. If they ever get around to writing that code, it will be easier to make special looks, and the lack of skins for some models won't be as bad.

I've seen a few other rare mobs that have a cool effect, that unfortunately doesn't stay when tamed. The stag with the moon is the only one that comes to mind right now, but I expect I have some of the others scribbled down somewhere.
