manage to get my pet into worgen form! it dont work no more =(

That hasn't worked since WotLK. What you seem to have there is the debuff that turns you or your pet into a worgen. Sorry

Edit: I think I misunderstood. You meant the essence swapping trick, didn't you? But yeah, too late for that too
