So it seems like Bronze drake 2.0; beat the dungeon up to Curator within the time limit to be able to summon Nightbane. Going to be pretty difficult to pug, but easier as time goes on and gear is easier to come by... Hope the drop rate stays the same in future patches. Can't wait to get him.

I'm hoping it's a 100% drop then too? I just hope it does not got the way of the amani bear, I still lament of the removal of the orrginal

I don't even know the drop rate and I've already seen, people complaining because -if- it's 100% 'everyone will have it', so it won't be cool anymore. Did I ever mention how annoying these kind of people are?

I want it SO bad, but my guild is so small and inactive, and all pugs I ever try are disasters. Also, I haven't even finished attunement yet so there's that haha.

Some wowhead comments are saying it has a 100% drop, but only one per party. So it sounds like you'd need to do (at least) 5 runs to get everyone in your group the mount.

Not as unreasonable as I would have expected. But that's going to making pugging it even more painful for some.

Yeah it is 100%, just like the other timed runs I suppose. For Bronze drake & ZA bear only one would drop as well and everyone would roll. Only now it's personal loot so the person that gets it is already determined - I assume it's trade-able though like most personal loot.

Could definitely farm it with some friends or guildies over a 5 week period to get everyone the mount, but since I'm always left to pug it that won't be an option. Regardless, a 1 in 5 chance are much better odds than I'm usually left dealing with.. and if the drop rate remains unchanged once Nighthold is out I'll probably start farming it regularly. Considering normal Nighthold alone drops 870+ gear it won't be hard at all to power through Karazhan in a couple months.

That's really cool - hopefully they have learnt from previous grievances over removed mounts and leave it as is for future patches and expansions
