so i log in tonight and see : submit authenticator key code
WHAT KEY
=> hacked
i call blizzard
=> queue is full , call again later
why me?

Guh, the hackers are really hitting hard lately. I've lost count of all the people from this forum alone that have had their account taken.

Keep trying to get to Blizzard, you'll be put through eventually. Hope everything works out for you!

hate to say it, but: because YOU did not put an authenticator on your account, you gave someone ELSE the chance to do it first.

I know it's blunt, but I sort of have to agree. Authenticators are such a huge step in account security. Especially with all these recent hackings I highly recommend everyone getting one. The peace of mind from having one is just a big weight off your shoulders.

Yha I share your problem kinda. Im military and stationed overseas, Blizz wont send me an authenticator and refunds my money when i buy because Its a USA account and my address is Bahrain. They think im hacking and actually locked up my account

You can pay by PayPal too. Most respectable gameshops have a stash too. Some give them out for free if you buy your game from them.

Well snap! Is it still locked? Wait, are you allowed to play WoW in the military...I s'pose it helps with tactics...

So many people have gotten hacked lately. I hope Blizz is able to combat this problem in some way or all those new players who arrive for cataclysm are just going to be like a feast for these malicious account thieves.
