Unknown Sheep Pet

I just saw someone of the opposite faction running around with a black sheep hunter pet. In the past I have seen
this sheep with the buff on it from the item which resembles the 'oil stained' animals, but this sheep had no buff. Nor did it have any of the "mechanical" looking clockwork on it. Any ideas?

Might it be the Wand of Simulated Life toy from Dalaran? I often run around with a black sheep from that. Makes a nice friend for my Mechanical Sheep

That is exactly what it is. Can make it into different colors, as well.

its a toy found in dalaran!
just found it today in the Legerdemain Lodge. In one of the desks upstairs by the innkeeper
