Has anyone else tamed one of the shadow-crazed talbuks and have notices the shadows stay WITH their talbuk?

Smoky glow and smoky/fiery eyes/nostrils or are my eyes deceiving me?

People were posting about it in the Argus Pets thread way back when, but AFAIK there isn't even an entry for it on the main site. I love it, it's got a really cool effect.
