Not sure if this is new or not, but on the Alpha I found a Vulperia who sells a book that teaches hunters Aspect of the Chameleon which makes you untrackable.

Can currently be purchased from vendors in Highmountain and Sholozar Basin, but it is good to know that there is another source

You can buy that in the hunter order hall since Legion.
